Reports for existing dumps are incrementally published in draft version, until end of month manual vetting, after which they are officially published in all languages. BTW I removed the link to the draft WIKIDATA report which was accidentally shown on the portal. The draft reports are online, but please restrain from discussing them in the open, they are called 'draft' for a purpose, otherwise they will have be taken offline. And before someone asks, we have no time to vet draft reports on an ongoing basis.
