It's been broken for many many months, I've been tracking that piece of statistic manually with the query at [[mw:Gerrit/Navigation#Commits_lists]]. To have the same stats over time that the site had, we need to get CR on the gerrit reports database so that we can filters -1/-2'd changesets: [[mw:Talk:Gerrit/Navigation]].
