Currently, "Describe" step comes after "Upload" so you have to wait for all the
uploading to be over.
A user (Nclm) proposes it would be nice to start describing the files one by
one while they're uploaded, or otherwise be able to do the next step while the
upload is in progress.
I consider this very low priority because it sounds hard to implement, useful
only for few users (you need a fast computer with slow internet, or doing stuff
in the wizard while it's doing other stuff will be very slow compared to just
waiting) and there are better tools for big batch uploads:
