The current ways how to create a new article (through click on the red link or
through unsuccessful search) are not just refined and intuitive.
Wikipedia web interface need a standard direct link "Create a new article" in
the left menu (similar as "Upload file" link or as "Create a new item" on
Wikidata). The primary function of the link should be simply open the new
article for edit. Its function can be improved subsequently (detection of
similar articles, pre-filled patterns for frequent types of articles -
similarly to Upload Wizard - etc.). Commons can have a link "Create a gallery"
instead.
