If I go to [[testwiki:Special:MWOAuthManageMyGrants/manage/72]] and enter
"mediawiki" for the "Allowed on wiki" text input and press the "update grants"
button, the form will accept the input.
If I return to [[testwiki:Special:MWOAuthManageMyGrants/proposed]], I see:
