Intention: to add an image to a section on my sandbox.
Expectation: the image would end up in the right place, i.e., after the
section heading and before the list.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Start with an existing section whose contents are:
==Heading==
* Alice
* Bob
* Chris
2) Place the cursor at the highest existing point in the body of the section,
i.e., just before the 'A' in Alice.
3) Insert the image.
Results: The image has been placed inside the list instead of above it:
* [[File:Example.jpg]]Alice
* Bob
* Chris
