When discussing my request to give checkusers the right to see deleted pages
(see bug 20775), there was a remark that the same should also hold for arbcom
members. This was put into the same vote (see
http://nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Stemlokaal/Verwijderde_bijdragen_zichtbaar_voor_Checkusers),
and votes came out 60 in favor, none against, 2 abstentions. To enable this, I
would like to request the following:
1. For a group "arbcom" to be created on the Dutch Wikipedia
2. To grant this group the rights "browsearchive" and "deletedhistory"
