https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/User:Rotatebot hasn't rotated anything for
the last 30 hours at least. The person in charge of maintenance (operator Luxo)
doesn't contribute to Wikimedia any more and hasn't answered to my e-mail
request (yet). Thank you!
