To reproduce:
Go to an item with a date statement. Fo example, go to
https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q4441?uselang=he
search for 1830, and try to edit it.
The right-hand side of the panel that open is obscured. The whole panel must be
aligned with the right side of the text box in RTL languages.
I am attaching the result from my machine.
