Screenshot of the installer in master.
Because we converted it to LESS, we now have a runtime dependency.
For ResourceLoader debug mode we work around this by piping back to load.php
with only=styles&debug=true (as we do for all generated stylesheets from e.g.
preferences or wiki pages).
Needs to be resolved for the installer as it looks broken right now.
