Can someone fix apache-fast-test to give a useful error rather than effectively
the --help when the pybal conf doesn't exist?
The lack of no specific error message is confusing and unhelpful
This case being /home/wikipedia doesn't exist on tin, only on fenari
reedy@tin:~$ ls -al /home/w/conf/pybal/eqiad/apaches
ls: cannot access /home/w/conf/pybal/eqiad/apaches: No such file or directory
reedy@tin:~$ apache-fast-test urls.txt pybal
