MediaWiki, at least with all the new extensions is sending more and more
emails, and thats it. Notifying users of bounces would be useful. Not on the
first one (maybe?), but would be good for serial bouncers. Needs adding to
MediaWiki, then some additional infrastructure on wikimedias side to cater for
this on our wikis
