The --rebuild parameter is badly named because when I say "rebuild that search
index" I typically mean "in place rebuild that search index" which is actually
done with "--reindexAndRemoveOk --indexIdentifier now" which is a mouth-full as
it is. I'll rename --rebuild to --startOver to make it more clear what it
does: blow everything away and rebuild it, empty.
