Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Nearby
2. Click the title of any article. The target does not open.
Note that right-click and middle-click work fine, but single-click or
ctrl+click cannot open the page.
The browsers that I use are IE 11 (Final version) and Firefox 24.0.
