Line breaks in page translation are not maintained in derivatives. Example:
source [1] and derivative [2]. This is the help page of OpenStreetMap's
Potlatch. At the bottom of the page there is a list with commands. The commands
are each separated with a newline. However, in the derivative, all text is
joined together into one paragraph. To make it usable for export, all the line
breaks have to be added manually.
Expected: Page translation should make an effort to preserve all source text
formatting in the derivative pages.
