Special:AdvancedTranslate should treat underscore and space as the same
character for conflict recognition.
Observed: "a b" and "a_b" can be used as names for two different special pages
without getting an error notice.
Expected: because MediaWiki does not distinguish between a space and an
underscore in special page aliases, unexpected conflicts should be avoided and
'save time', Translate should do some magic (replace spaces by underscores?) to
not allow saving when the less clear conflicts are present.
