action=tokens API is basically not documented anywhere. API docs ([[mw:API]])
recommend the old method of getting tokens, e.g.
https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/API:Edit#Token
The only thing on mw.org that even mentions it seems to be
https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:Edit_token#Retrieving_via_Ajax
Write [[mw:API:Tokens]] and link it everywhere, anyone?
