When resolving a bug as fixed, wikibugs reported the following:
<wikibugs> (mod) Creation of a new namespace in pt.wiktionary -
https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=20817 (roan.kattouw)
(mod) should be (FIXED) in this message. This does seem to work correctly with
(REOPENED).
