We only translate six out of seven phrases visible in the left/right sidebar at
the moment; having them all translatable (and also allowing date and time
localization, but that's another bug) would be nice.
The following phrases need to find their translations:
* "All times in UTC"
* "Powered by"
* "Wikimedia"
* "Planetarium"
I'm adding this bug instead of doing this straight away because I need to get
hold of translators or otherwise find existing translations on the interwebs
(Wordpress, Planet Venus, Translatewiki?). Will submit a patch once I get them
all.
