I am not convinced that it the right way to not add the label. Now bots are
running and add labels:
https://www.wikidata.org/w/index.php?title=Q4271952&curid=4082864&diff=82905903&oldid=81678440

Not better (or worser) than adding the label directly.

Why not ask the user while adding the interwiki and make a suggestion for the
label.
