Currently, after pressing ENTER in the #mw-scribunto-input field, the user has
to wait until the request is completed (which may be a few seconds in a slow
connection), but there is no visual indication that there is something being
processed apart from the fact that the input becomes unresponsive. A spinner
would make this more obvious.
