When discussing about a diff such as
https://pt.wikipedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Gadget-fastbuttons.js?diff=37236051
in which multiple lines were changed, it would be helpful to be able to create
links such as
https://pt.wikipedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Gadget-fastbuttons.js?diff=37236051#line-915
pointing to a specific part of the diff.
This could be achieved by adding ids to the <td>s currently marked with the
calss "diff-lineno".
