When for example trying to create a link with conditional hash linkage (#foo),
the parser fails to do this.
https://foo.com/bar{{#if:{{{foo|bar}}}|#foo}}
results in
https://foo.com/bar
1. foo
Trying to place the # in <nowiki> makes #foo render outside the link.
Only tested in preview.
