this may be more appropriate to assign to VisualEditor than Flow:
in a fresh instance of the Chrome browser, log in and go to page
http://en.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org/wiki/Talk:Flow_QA
* click Start a new topic
* watch the spinner as VisualEditor loads up
* when the spinner stops and the editor controls are visible, attempt to type
in the ContentEditable surface
* only some seconds after the spinner stops and the controls appear is it
possible to place the cursor in the CE surface and begin typing.
