See [[commons:File:Lootsi_14.jpg#filehistory]], where different image is
uploaded as new version, but without the usual "<username> uploaded a new
version of <filename>" entry on history page. I assume these files were
uploaded at once using the same title. Possibly that sort of behaviour is UW
campaigns related. Software shouldn't allow this, as one of the two photos is
practically lost (without picking the older version and reuploading it).
