This is from one of our foundation partners:
it seems the "todays featured picture" is including the table that
contains image+title+text, but for the others selectors, the title
is always excluded. She thinks that the selector should apply in
<td style="padding:2px;color:fgb(0, 0, 0);>.
According to the style of en.wikipedia.org, the style should indeed
only wrap the contents of the area. And, more specifically, on en
the rest of them are divs wrapping the template transclusion.
