In a claim of an item, the source count is shown on the sources "dropdown" (0
sources, 1 source, etc.). However, this count is not updated whenever a source
is removed.
For example, if there are two sources and both are removed, the UI will still
show "2 sources".
Clicking "add source" or reloading the page will force the source count to
update.
