My basic test case "jsub php5 -v" doesn't work in tools project.
johang@tools-dev:~$ cat php5.err
libgcc_s.so.1 must be installed for pthread_cancel to work
Yet, "php5 -v" runs fine when I log in to an exec instance and run it manually.
