When I delete or suppress posts, the rationale for my action is displayed as an
edit comment in the relevant logs and shows up in recent changes. However, when
I hide, I don't see the rationale for this as an edit comment in recent changes
or the topic history. It would be nice to display this information somewhere,
since we do collect it :) (Same goes for unhiding rationale/edit comment)
