The two place I found were the user list special page: http://he.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=%D7%9E%D7%99%D7%95%D7%97%D7%93%3A%D7%A8%D7%A9%D7%99%D7%9E%D7%AA_%D7%9E%D7%A9%D7%AA%D7%9E%D7%A9%D7%99%D7%9D&username=&group=patroller&limit=100 (notice "patroller" remains untranlated in the list, but translated in the drop down menu). and in my preferences, "Member of groups" field, the group name is trasnlated (as in [[MediaWiki:Group-patroller]]), but it doesnt have a link to the related policy page [[ויקיפדיה:מנטר]]. I couldn't find the place that defines this link. Finally, the page [[מיוחד:רשימת מפעילים]] (literly: [[Special:Sysop list]] refers to the user list with sysops selected. The corresponding page [[מיוחד:רשימת מנטרים]] (literly: [[Special:Patroller list]] doesn't exist.
