Pages which get moved are listed in the NewPagesFeed on the date and time of
''original'' creation, not the date and time of the move. So (WP:BEANS!) create
a spam page in your userspace, wait a week, and move it to the main namespace,
and the number of new page patrollers that see your page will be virtually
zero. No one (I think) scrolls back to the new pages from one week ago, so the
page is safe until it reaches the bottom (the "oldest unreviewed page"), which
is months or years in the future, and assumes that you don't have autoreviewed
of course...
