The strings "Browse..." and "File not selected" in Special:Upload cannot be
translated at present. I think that the text for these may be taken directly
from the user's browser language settings. If the MediaWiki and browser
language settings are different, these texts will appear in a different
language to the rest of the page. Since MediaWiki has many more languages than
are generally available in browsers, this is currently unavoidable for some
languages. Or when using public computers, browser and Mediawiki language could
