On desktop, there's an option on your watchlist to only see the most recent
change. (It actually says: "Expand watchlist to show all changes, not just the
most recent", which I disabled)
Right now mobile shows all changes to a page, which can get a little excessive.
(see attachment).
Mobile should either honor that preference setting, or have its own setting.
