Namespaces names for LiquidThreads (Thread, Summary, Summary talk) must be
localizable. A note at LiquidThreads.php says “FIXME: would be neat if it was
possible to somehow localise this.” It really has to be resolved prior to
wide deployment to Wikimedia wikis, IMHO.
