Taking user to the top of the page

Steps to reproduce:

1.Click on the Edit button for a page with long article(For
Example:https://test2.wikipedia.org/wiki/First_line?veaction=edit)
2.Go to the end of the article
3.Click the button More>Language

Observed Result:
The language selector takes user at the top of the page which is a bit
inconvenient for user editing long article as he has to scroll down again to
the point where he was editing.
