Would it please be possible to lift the cap on account creations on
de./en.wikipedia, en./de.wikisource and commons for the period from
2013-11-21 0:00 UTC to 2013-11-24 23:00 UTC?
It's WikiCon, the German speaking Wikipedians annual Convention,
(https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:WikiCon_2013), this year in Karlsruhe
at the KIT.
KIT's proxy's IPv4 is 195.37.186.62.
Some workshops and a WML-event will take place, it would be nice, if not to be
disturbed by the IP cap.
