Well, comment 0 asks for a feature as similar as possible to Special:AllMessages; Special:SearchTranslations doesn't yet allow prefix searches, only exact matches. There's no sharp line for what's "as similar as possible": the feature was previously deemed impossible; T. Gries seems to consider it not similar enough...
