The OAuth grants management page includes this mesage: "If you separately
authorized an application to access different sister projects on your behalf,
then you will see separate configuration for each such project below."
This message is very confusing. The grants management page is cross-wiki, so
all grants active on any project are displayed. The message reads as if each
wiki has its own configuration page, which is not the case.
Replace the above text with this message: "All grants across all Wikimedia
wikis are displayed on this page."
