At the moment the echo extension on Labs is only enabled on
http://en.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org, please enable that extension for all
other beta.wmflabs.org-wikis to match production.
Please also enable it for de.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org to let the user play
with it ten days for the possible deployment on de.wikipedia.org.
