Some findings after some digging:
The oversight extension[1] has been obsolete. I think because of that it is no
longer supported in TranslateWiki.net. (It seems the pages of the translated
messages remain in TranslateWiki even after removing support for
extensions/projects. I guess that is to retain the history of edits, etc.)
Since the extension is not supported in TranslateWiki, we do not see updates in
TeWiki.
From TeWiki point of view, we can--
* In this case, edit the system message in TeWiki itself.
* File a bug to remove Oversight extension from TeWiki, as we are not using it.
* If needed, we can ask to activate RevisionDelete feature[2] in TeWiki.
