1) Go to a ULS wiki (like translatewiki.net)
2) Open uls from the personal toolbar
3) Open display settings
4) Open font settings
5) Change the font for content language
6) Open input settings
7) Open display settings (so that font settings are shown again)
Observed: Apply settings button is disabled
Expected: Apply settings button is enabled so that the font change can be saved
