The toy ooui client
https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/93525/4/modules/js/ext.agora.ui.js creates a
dialog with
MyDialog.static.icon = 'help';
This help icon and the stock dialog close icon don't appear, the CSS
references.
background-image: url("images/icons/close.svg");
which is a 404.
VE team knows about this, the necessary assets aren't declared.
