After revision 60375 http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Special:Code/MediaWiki/60375
there is no more default subtitle, but the user has to click through "Choose
Text" and click the wanted language. I tried this also with the German
interface and it doesn't default on "de" for example in
http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Krazy_Kat_Bugolist_1916_silent.ogv and
btw, the texts "Choose Text" "Layout" "Search Clip" and "Add timed text" aren't
translated on that interface but have names like "<mwe-chose-text>" so
how does this get translated or fixed? All the stuff in Menu is well translated
and Close is written correctly too...
