It looks like a lot of Ship and Aircraft pages (in 10s of thousands of enwp
pages) use Infobox_ship_begin and Infobox_aircraft_begin to generate table CSS.
In turn they both use {{WPMILHIST Infobox style|main_box}}. We should
investigate what it takes to correctly render the inline class and style for
these infoboxes.
