Steps to reproduce:
1.Click on the edit button
2.Add several references in the page
3.Add a template reflist onto it.
4.Insert an image
5.Go to the Media Settings for that image and add a reference and also add the
template reflist to the image
6.Save the page
Observed Result:
The reflist that was created for the page disappears and the error appears
"Cite error: There are <ref> tags on this page, but the references will not
show without a {{reflist}} template (see the help page)"
Test Environment: production
Browser: Chrome Version 26.0.1410.65 & FF 25
OS: MAC OS X 10. 8. 5
