The project to bring the Wikimania Scholarship application [0] into the
Wikimedia server farm is progressing. We have reached the point where we are
bringing the code base into internal git hosting and adding gerrit integration.
It would be nice to also add a bucket in bugzilla to track the bugs and
features for the project.
I'm not sure where something like this, php vhost that is not powered by
MediaWiki belongs in the current Bugzilla taxonomy. It could probably be a
component under the Wikimedia product or some other existing product. I'm
fairly certain that it's not a big enough to justify having it's own top-level
product. I'll defer to Andre's judgement as to the best place to put it.
