E:OpenID as server: OpenIDServer shows a blank content page in case of
untrusted $wgOpenIDTrustRoot. Should display a meaningful error message.
OpenIDServer stops processing when the TrustRoot parameter in the request is
invalid and causes problems (okay), but should show a meaningful error message.
