The message is shown when a page is protected but its block log is missing
somehow (protected in ancient time?). It confuses users (what log?).
Setting showIfEmpty for LogEventsList::showLogExtract() should be enough to
hide it, but do we want a new separate message to be shown at this time?
If yes, GCI candidate. Otherwise it might be too easy.
