Mail notifications should mention the wiki URL.
Reason: When I get such a one about something that happened on "Wikipedia",
there are about 200 such wikis where it could have taken place. Mentioning the
full URL, which would reveal the language version, is not a huge disturbance,
but would help people who are active crosswiki.
