It should be possible to get the equivalent of Special:MessageGroupStats for a
given list of languages.
According to
https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Help:Extension:Translate/Statistics_and_reporting#Static_translation_statistics_table
it should be doable by the maintenance script groupStatistics.php, but it
should also be available to end users via a Special page and/or API action.
